I am subletting my apartment right next to University of Washington Seattle from December - September 1st 2024. Please contact me if you are interested. It is on the 15th floor and has a view of the Space Needle and the Lake. Fully furnished and 2-3 minute walk to campus and the Ave. I have 3 other roommates who are all university students, and tidy individuals. The rent is around 1250-1300 a month, and we would have to go through the apartment building (THE ACCOLADE UDISTRICT) to fill out all documents/registration required for the sublease process.
