LOCATED IN MT VERNON

I am look to sublease my apartment in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore as I need to relocate for personal reasons.

INCENTIVES: If you are seriously interested I am paying for your application fee and can even leave the queen mattress and frame with as compensation for you taking over the lease.

Rent: You would be taking over my lease which ends in April of 2025. The cost of rent is $1,495.38 with water and trash INCLUDED in rent! You pay electric through BGE and I pay no more than $150 per month (keep in mind I have pets which means it needs to be really cool or warm).

Laundry: Laundry in shared laundry and located right down the steps from the unit you would live in.

Street Parking is available for $20 per year through the Parking Authority.

Pet(s): Pets are allowed for an additional fee and some dogs are on the breed restriction list but management is very accommodating.

Miscellaneous Notes:
I have had zero pests issues since residing at this residence.
