Help find the perfect tenant! Im looking to sublease this beautiful one bedroom apartment with a HUGE balcony. I am unable to stay for the remainder of my lease due to having to take care of a sick family member in another city. No first time renters. Im looking for a clean, friendly , reliable tenant who willing to stay until the end of June. Also rent does not include $40 water bill but if rented by end of novmeber I will cover that $40 up until the end of lease so tenant only pays $1995. No utilities included.
