Hey!! I am going to graduate this winter and I am looking to sublease my part of the apartment. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (shown in pictures) while having the many amenities such as AC, washing machine/dryer (with coins) inside the building, parking available, great location close to all your classes and entertainment options, fully furnished, and great management.
You will be splitting rent with my current roommate who is an amazing guy, respectful, and organized. I lived with him throughout all of my college experience and I was extremely lucky to have him as a roommate.
You would be looking at a move-in date any time after December 22nd where your first rent payment would fall on January 15th and the lease goes until August 15th.
