Hey there. Subletting my apartment in San Marcos, Main bedroom in a 2 bed apartment so you will have a roommate who is a male. (seriously the friendliest, and kindest dude Ive ever met in my life.) Bedroom has decent space, living room as well. Very large balcony. The complex is pretty okay with responses for maintenance and such. Friendly staff. Complex has a pretty nice pool and hot tub. Area for grilling as well. Main clubhouse has pool, fooseball and ping pong. All and all, not a bad place to live. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
