Hey guys, Im sorry, I just created this account to see if anyone was interested in taking over my lease starting from December/Januaryish up to July 2025? I have to go back down to the Valley for about a year to take care of family stuff. I can put up for any and all application process fees!!
The apartment itself is right next to North-campus (5 minutes walking) in Yugo Central, has its own study lounge, gym, hot tub, and various common areas. Rent itself is $939.00 per month, and after accounting parking, insurance, and "rent premiums", the total comes out to $1,057.95.
The unit is furbished with a desk and drawer while also having its own closet, personal bathroom and stand up shower. The apartment is also coed and shared with 3 of my friends that are really good and chill people (2 girls, and 1 guy). Washer and dryer are included in the apartment and are next to the living room. Home has its own kitchen as wel and is shared with a cat (incase of allergies).
