Hello, I am looking for someone to sublease or fully take over my lease for my room, preferably a girl. I am looking for someone ASAP, as I got an opportunity that I need to move immediately for. This is a private bedroom and bathroom in a bathroom apartment.
The apartment also has in unit laundry and can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you want. It is a beautiful building with a lot of amenities with a fully equipped gym, two terraces/rooftops, multiple floors with study places or common areas.
