The unit will come unfurnished but willing to negotiate specific pieces of furniture on a case-by-case basis. There is in-unit laundry, updated appliances and big windows with a lot of natural lighting overlooking the patio and pool area. Amenities include a grill area, pool, gym and fitness studio, and a rooftop. The building is in a quiet, safe area and backs up to miles of trails and a wooded area. I have never had an issue with pests or faulty appliances and both residents and staff are friendly and respectful.
