Hello there! The apartment available is a 2 bedroom, with one room available. The aparmtnet is located right around the corner form the Granville Red-Line stop, and is in the heart of Little India and is just a walk away from so many restaurants. It is also blocks away from multiple beaches and the beautiful Loyola University campus. The apartment is all brand-new, fully-renovated, with a Bluetooth bathroom mirror, Koehler appliances, granite counters, newly laid floors, etc. The apartment comes fully-furnished(includes couch, tv, table, etc.), and has a laundry room just steps outside the back door, except for the bedroom. The master bedroom(the one available) comes with a walk-in closet, and has a private access door to the bathroom. There is also a small gym/recreational room, alongside a bike storage room. There is in-unit heat, but no A.C. The other roommate is a male who is currently in his last year at Loyola University Chicago. This place is only a 6th month lease(ends July) and is great for students coming back form travel abroad, transfer students, or someone who is just looking to room in the area for a short time!
