Roommate is going backpacking and trying to sublease his room. Me and one other guy live here, both have jobs nearby (Im in office, hes WFH). We both are 23 (graduated from Ohio state in May), like going out in wrigley / river north neighborhoods, working out, movies, etc.. The room comes with free parking (I park my car in the garage so driveway spot outside is open), a private bathroom, and is furnished (unless youd like to bring your own stuff).
