This place has a great proximity to LSU as it is right outside of its boundaries, and is pretty secure with the gated access tied to your electronic key that acts as an ID card. You will also have access to a wide variety of things such as a secure patio/outside area for grilling and generally hanging out, a common area that can be used as a large kitchen, and a bunch of other features! Currently I am out of state and unable to give room tours, but the virtual tour on the website gives plenty of info and they always clean up after the tenant has moved out of their room. In case it does not display correctly, the lease itself ends on 7/26/25, which is around the middle of summer.
