She is looking to sublease her space from January 2025 to July 2025. However, she is open to subleasing sooner, and you would have an option to extend your lease past July if desired.

It is 1 bedroom with an attached private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath unit at the Monroe Apartments. The address is 1150 S Clarizz Blvd. Her roommate is a female undergrad senior at IU.

Her rent is currently $890 including all utilities except electricity, which is $20/mo. You will also have to pay an application fee of $45 with the apartment and around $250300 move-in fees with the complex if they accept your application. However, my girlfriend is willing to give you an $60 discount every month on your sublet rent through July 2025 (total of $420).

The apartment is very close to 9, 9L and 3 city bus stops. The unit is fully furnished, has a shared living room, kitchen with all appliances, and a clothes washer and dryer. Complex amenities include a 24/7 gym, pool, pickle ball court, basket ball court, and volleyball court.
