Hey! Im looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4x4 townhouse that is a part of University Suites, a reputable apartment complex in Raleigh. All utilities are included in the rent in addition to a parking spot right in front of the townhome in addition to unlimited, 24/7 access to amenities provided by the complex (pool, gym, clubhouse, game room, study room, free printing, free coffee area). The other three girls that are living in the townhome are super nice, quiet, and clean! They are also very accommodating for your needs.
