Hey guys, I am looking to sublease my 1x1 in a 2x2 at Villa Capri on West Pensacola st from January-July 2025. The rent is $590/month not including utilities. After utilities it is typically ~$710 total. I am moving out mid December so if you would like to move in a little before January that would also work (at no charge until January 1st). It also comes furnished (not including mattress). There is 1 female tenant and a very friendly cat that already live here too.
