We are looking to sublet our apartment in Prenzlauer Berg between 10 December 2024 and 18 May 2025. There is some flexibility with start and end date but we need a commitment of at least 4 months during this time period. It suits a single person or a couple. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It is spacious, comfortable and close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. There is a large bedroom with king size bed, large lounge room, large office with 2 desks and lots of light. The bathroom has both shower and bath. The apartment faces onto a road so there is typical road noise from being in a big city but is also connected to the quiet inner courtyard of the house. It is well insulated. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are on the quiet side of the apartment. Across the street is a park giving a nice outlook from lounge and office rooms. The rent includes all utilities including heating.
