The apartment is very spacious and was freshly renovated in 2016. We have all new appliances including in unit washer and dryer, in unit dish washer, AC/Heater, new flooring, marble counter-tops, a large balcony, two bathrooms and two showers. Two rooms are currently available.

Rent is $1012.5 a month with around $60 in utilities. We rent through a company called Polish Triangle Property Management LLC. No security deposit is needed for subletting.

The Umass campus and South Bay Center are within walking distance. We have no problem having guests over the neighbors and property managers are very nice.
