Moving out of this current house due to my work. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are families with small children. Driveway can fit 3 cars. Yard maintenance is minimal and the house is extremely easy to maintain. Old, rustic wooden floors with gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. I purchased a washer and dryer that Im willing to sell if you sign the lease. Plenty of closet space. Backyard has a patio for outdoor fires and grilling with small shed for storage.
