Move in is on August 1st 2025 and is a 12 month lease that ends July 31st 2026. The room is in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a balcony, washer and dryer in unit, updated kitchen appliances, a gym, study room, and a hot tub located on the apartments terrace. The apartment is super close to campus and is only a 15 min walk to the student union. Rent is 1390 plus 100$ parking if you want your own designated space in the apartments garage each month.
