Rent includes all utilities! Walkable distance from Emerson and Suffolk campuses, great for college students, but also walkable to red line, green line and Mass General. Apartment is quite lovely with shared kitchen and living room. Room is spacious enough for a full/queen bed with small furniture or smaller bed with desk, etc. Built-in closet. Lovely neighborhood.
