Im looking for someone to rent my Old Town Alexandria 1 bed 1 bath fully furnished apartment between Dec 12 and Dec 31, 2024 (check out 8am Jan 1, 2025) for $1,250. If you want to extend it into 2025, we can sign a lease for $2,200 per month.
I prefer having someone rent it for the entire period than take my chances with different guests a few days each on sublet.
