I am offering $100/MO OFF for someone to accept my sublease for the Spring 2024 semester. In other words, youll pay $449/mo rent, and Ill pay the other $100/mo! Here are the details:
- Its a coupled cottage at Annex (located just south of campus); our building is right near the entrance to the development, with a convenient walking distance from the gas station
- Your bedroom will have its OWN bath and closet; there are four bedrooms total (three upstairs, one downstairs; yours would be Bedroom C upstairs); downstairs is a nice living room/kitchen area and half bath
- Annexs amenities include a shuttle system to campus, gym, swimming pool, basketball court, community events and more!
- You will have THREE roommates already (my current ones who are staying in the spring, all seniors); theyre all great buddies of mine and incredibly friendly - not big partiers or anything
