Offering a beautiful terraced-house in a safe, calm and green part of Prague with a great connection to the city center (10 mins by metro).

The silence and the green. Thats the most special thing about our area. Unlike more rushy and crowdy city-center parts of Prague, this place feels almost like the countryside yet still being so close to the city-center.

We have two bedrooms to offer and a sofa in a living room. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180x200cm) and (and possible place for a baby crib). The second bedroom across the hall offers a smaller double bed (140x200cm). The living rooms sofa can be transformed into a double bed (140x200cm).

Between the two main bedrooms there is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. Downstairs, the second bathroom has a bath, sink and a washing machine with a dryer. The second toilet is separate and is downstairs as well.

On the terrace, enjoy a pleasant and calm relaxation. In the season we try some small gardening of tomatoes and peppers. Youre most welcome to taste our attempts. We have a portable grill and garden furniture available for you as well to make yourserlves a BBQ.

In the living room, upper room (that works as kids room) and in the garden there are toys of our kids for your kids to borrow while you stay. We have variety of wooden toys, pretend cooking toys, wooden train tracks, DUPLO and classic Lego, lots of books (some in English but most in Czech) and crafty materials for drawing and other children art attempts (pretty much any kind of kids entertainment up until the school age). There are some board games for small kids and well as for responsibles.
