Hello! I am looking to sublet my apartment for the spring semester so I can move in with a couple of my other friends. Villas is the cheapest option close to the Tempe campus, and my experience here has been pretty good. Maintenance is responsive and they do events at the leasing office as well. Location is off of Rural and Apache and is within walking distance to ASU Tempe campus (3-4 min walk to get onto campus) There are also still open spots for 2025 - 2026 leases so if interested, the new tenant could renew for another lease next school year.
