Hi, Im looking for someone to take my lease after I graduate in December. The lease will go from Jan-August and is in a fine place north of College. A bus pass on the VE and V routes is free, theres all kinds of amenities, and theres room for parking your vehicle. Theres a closet inside and a dresser, and the private bathroom is excellent. You need to have renters insurance, but the landlords will provide you with some if you dont have it yourself (10 dollars a month, real nice).
