I am subleasing a private room in an apartment. Utilities are not included and would be around $60 a month depending on the season. Parking is right next to the apartment and is an extra $100 per month. Price and move in dates are negotiable. I will be coming back to Madison in late June, but if youd like to stay through the summer that would be fine! Price is also negotiable! Laundry is close to the apartment and is in the next building over.
