This unit, in my opinion, is the best valued apartment in downtown Jersey City. 1,100 square feet, washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit, an outdoor terrace big enough for a couch and dining table, a utility closet that can hold what would traditionally be paid for in 3rd party storage, ~12 minute walk to grove street PATH and a 5 minute walk to Jersey Ave light rail!!
