Location is great for this classic Portland Foursqaure 5 BR 2 BA home in the heart of the Hawthorne neighborhood full of the wonderful coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and shops that Portland is known for. The home has been remodeled a few years back. The kitchen has a hanging pot rack. There is a fire pit in the back yard surrounded by beautiful trees. A washer and dryer are in house. There are 2 full bathrooms that are shared so one is always available and usage is never a problem because of varied schedules. Utilities including Wi-Fi and a monthly cleaning service are split/shared and can range from $60 a month in the summer to $120 a month in the winter.

Housemates are in their 20s with various occupations. We are creating a space that is a low drama, respectful environment. it is NOT a party house and we like to keep it clean. Due to varied schedules there are often times when it feels like you are the only one home.

We are looking for a housemate who is financially responsible, respectful, clean, emotionally mature, reasonably quiet (Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am), friendly, low drama, low maintenance. The room available is a 9 x 12 furnished room located on the main floor. The room has a West facing window. there is a large walk-in closet with four deep shelves for an abundance of storage space. The room comes with a comfortable bed, nightstand, lamps, desk and dresser.

Month to month with 30 day move out notice.
