Looking for someone to sublease for me ASAP, as I have been accepted to MSU for their winter semester. This is a female only unit. I will pay your $100 sublease fee so all you would have to pay is your deposit. One bedroom with full bathroom. Three other girls live here already but one is also looking for a subleaser so if you and a friend want to move in, that is totally an option. Water is a flat rate included in monthly rent.
