Rent is 360, then around 65 for electric. Water is already included into the rent payment. I can leave you the dresser, bed frame, desk, and fridge if you need. All 4 were bought and used only since august. You would also be upstairs and have the bathroom to yourself, the roommate upstairs does not physically live there but pays the rent. You could take over the lease as soon as December and it ends 7/28/25.
