2 Bedroom apartment in the heart of the East Village / Alphabet City neighborhood. Large, queen sized bedrooms and a large living space. My roommate and I will be leaving our apartment early and are looking for someone to sublet or take over our lease. Taking over our lease would be ideal, and monthly rent would be cheaper if that route is take. Rents have only gone up $50 a month over the past 2 years.
