I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Arch for January thru July of 2025. There is an option to renew as well. This is only open to students of coastal Carolina or horry Georgetown. Please contact the leasing office and myself so you can fill out an application with them. A guarantor is required that has to be making 3x rent and have a credit score at 600 or above.
