Hi! Im looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment

at 42nd&Spruce St starting December 1 ( or around that time).

10-15 minutes walk to Upenn&Drexel.

The rent is 800$ + utilities and Wifi.

The end of my lease is in August, but you can change the end date of the lease as you are signing a new lease with the landlord and other 2 roommates.

It is a spacious apartment that receives a lot of sunlight. My roommates are two other female Penn students, sweet and kind, very sad I have to leave them. One of them has a cat, Burmese, his name is Toby, friendly and cuddly.

Apartment has everything you need: AC/central heating system, washing/drying machine, hot water, etc

I am also selling my queen size bed and 2 bedside cabinets, as well as my chair and desk ( they are all in great condition as I bought them in September). I also have a shoe rack, little rug and kitchen essentials if needed.
