Its a brand new apartment we were the first ones to move there. Usually, it goes for $2200, but since I got specials and prorated it, the monthly rent is $1870, and I am offering it at $1750 for interested applicants. Hanna Park is just 0.8 miles away, and the back part of the apartments is basically Hanna Park itself. The apartment comes with a balcony and an in-unit washer and dryer. The applicants have to pay the application fee and a security deposit of $250. I can waive the security deposit for an approved applicant. Its ready to move in starting Nov 28th. Wifi is included in the rent and even the pest and building fees. The only other things that we need to pay for would be electricity, water, and sewer ( only when there are storms). The apartment has a clubhouse that comes with a very good gym, Swimming pool, Pool, and indoor seating with workstations and grills with roof seating. The apartment is pet-friendly and has a pet playing area and stations for pets.
