Hi there! My partner and I are looking to find a sub-tenant for our beautiful Rushcutters Bay two bedroom apartment with a view of the park and water from every room. Were ideally looking for someone to stay for the entire time that were away, which is the 16th of December until the 8th of February - but are also happy to find someone for a shorter amount of time :) The rent of the apartment is 920 dollars per week, which includes electricity and internet.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms (were using one as an office), a living room with access to the balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. There are washing machines and dryers in the lower floor of the building for everybody to use.
Ideally located right next to Rushcutters Bay Park, you not only get stunning views and lots of natural light and sunshine, but also a lot of tranquillity (except for the cockatoos morning rounds). Lively Potts Point with many restaurants, cafs and bars is just around the corner. There are several supermarkets within a 10-minute walking radius (Harris Farm Market, Woolworths, Woolworths Metro, Coles) and theres a small deli just 1-2 minutes walk away. If youd like to use public transport, theres a bus stop with busses going to Barangaroo and Central station on the next corner and the Kings Cross train station is about a 15-minute walk away.
Well leave our furniture and everything else you might need in here and are looking for someone to take care of it respectfully. The other tenants and owners are of all ages, professional and cultural backgrounds. We absolutely love living here and think youd enjoy it just as much as us!
