Im on leave for the 2024-25 academic year and am looking to sublet my fully furnished 12th-floor apartment at The Taft on College Street. Located directly across from the Yale University campus in the heart of Downtown New Haven, its a perfect spot for those who value convenience and charm. The views of the park (New Haven Green) from the very large windows are stunning, the ceilings very high. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all steps away, and Union Station, with frequent trains to New York, is easily walkable. If you drive, a convenient parking garage is located next door.

The apartment was sublet by a colleague from the Department of French during the Fall semester, and Im now looking for someone to sublet for the Spring and Summer terms. I prefer a sublet of 5 months or longer and am happy to offer a discounted rate for a stay of this length. However, Im open to shorter sublets if needed.
