Looking for subleasing my shared room - preffered BOY - ASU
Heyy, I am looking to sublease my room at Asteria Apartments. The address is 1975 E University Dr. The rent is around $550 including the rent and other utilities. It is a 2B2B apartment with in-unit laundry. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house in general is already furnished. The room is available for possession starting the first week of December. You can then renew the lease with the other roommates! The bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the rooms are spacious and airy. The apartment also has a balcony space adjacent to the living room. We have a bus stop right across the street which makes it way easier to commute to and back from the campus. The building premises include a barbeque area, swimming pool, small gym, and a great community that actively hosts gatherings and events twice every month!
