Rooms are rented separately. Currently the 3rd room is rented to a female in her 30s, shes been living there for over a year. Great roommate (quite, keeps to herself) works most of the time.

25min from Miami, 15min from downtown FLL. 8min from Hollywood beach. 5min from easy going circle ( Tons of bars, cafes and restaurants)

Bedroom with shared bathroom : $1500 monthly + $500 refundable deposit

Master bedroom with private bathroom : $1700 + $600 refundable deposit

Includes : utilities, WiFi, basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & cleaning supplies. + Regular common area cleanings & laundry detergent.

Rooms are fully furnished. Sheets and towels provided. Smart TV with a Netflix account included. Rooms are also equipped with a desk.

House is fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need.

House has washer and dryer. Fenced in backyard with fire pit.
