I need someone to take over my lease for next year in August 2025. The apartment is spacious with an in-unit laundry and big private bedroom and bathroom. It has many nice amenities and includes $60 of electricity bill for each month. Its less than a 5 minute drive to UCF campus and is near a bunch of retail and grocery stores.
