SHORT OR LONG-TERM SUBLET AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, $950/mo incl utilities
I have a single-family home in Palmer, MA and am looking for a kind, responsible female or NB to sublet for a flexible period, ideally December through February. (Possibility for a longer stay if desired.). Ive only been living there a few months, but I will be away during part of the winter due to health issues and LDR.
You would share the house with a roommate who stays primarily on the second floor due to health issues. She has a sweet, good-tempered service dog as well. There is one full bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with a clawfoot tub.
Rent includes sewage, heat, water, electricity, WiFi, and trash and recycling removal. You would have your choice of the two downstairs bedrooms (furnished or semi-furnished, depending). No cigarette smoking in house or on porch, but 420 fine on porch.
There is plenty of storage in the basement, free parking in the driveway, a semi-wrap-around porch; big yard; lovely neighbors; not far from the Mass Pike (but not so close you can hear it); peaceful and beautiful surroundings including a view of the tree-covered hills.
