I am subleasing my 1 Bedroom apartment! 5 min walk from UT campus. Ideally would want to find someone that could take over either mid december or early january until the end of the lease July 21st. Fully furnished, TV included, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet included, covered parking included. Apartment complex also has a rooftop pool, gym, study areas... Very close to target, bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.. Utilities not included but usually between 60-80 a month. Must be willing to pay application fee of $235. I am willing to pay for first month!!
