Hey everyone, Im seeking someone to take over my lease at the Alpine Student Living in Allendale! Rent + Utilities is $745 a month
Im in bedroom A, which has the biggest bathroom out of all the rooms and no other rooms connected to it (see photo attached). The property has amazing amenities such as a 24/7 clubhouse with a gym, conference rooms, and coffee. The property also has in-unit washers/dryers and flat-rate utilities. The whole unit is furnished and I would be willing to leave you my mattress topper and topper cover.
There will be three other guys living in the unit. They all go to GVSU and are very respectful and clean. The earliest you could move in would be December 20th, but moving in starting January 1st also works, as December rent would be paid prior to move-in. I could try to help with move-in costs as well.
