I am looking for a subletter for my sunny, quiet room with garden views in a shared house (4 people total, you share a bathroom with one). The house is part of a shared garden space, with a rooftop, fire pit, and a welcoming community. Two blocks from the L (Philly metro), 5-minute walk from Frankfort Ave (many bars and restaurants), a grocery store, and a gym within walking distance.
