Plenty of natural light in the main room & all 3 bedrooms, shared balcony, gym, secured building entry, close to Ventura Blvd. & major freeways, non-smoking in-unit (we are 420 friendly on the patio). Safe, transient-free (for the most part) neighborhood pretty much always has extra street parking. We have 2 tandem parking spots which we rotate parking in the garage every month & our overnight security guard always makes sure we get in safely from the street when we park outside. We are a hard working females in our mid/late 20s working in the entertainment & hospitality industries. I am a singer/songwriter/artist & part time server. I work in night life, so its typical that I will come home late at night/early am, but we generally try to be mindful of making loud noise past 10 PM on weeknights anyway. As a heads up : I am a musician & he uses speakers when editing, incase some moderate noise would be a problem for you during the day. We love to cook, bake, listen to music, & karaoke for fun. Looking for someone who can meet what we consider to be the bare minimum of housemate requirements : pays rent & all shared bills on time, cleans up after themselves & their guests, respect for shared common areas & each others personal belongings and privacy.
