1 BR / 1 BA **Fully Furnished** apartment in Gramercy for sublet. 2 min walk to L train, 5 min walk to Trader Joes and Target. 8 min walk to Union Square. Close to tons of bars and restaurants in an amazing area known for its vibrant life. Rent is way below median 1 BR price in NYC - Ive been living here 2 years+ and I think its an amazing place for the price!

Plenty of natural light in bedroom. Ceiling lights in every other room so the apartment feels well lit everywhere.

Modern Kitchen with large sink, 4 burner gas stove / oven, microwave, and large fridge. All cooking utensils and plateware available.

Price includes monthly cleaning of the entire apartment by my cleaner who Ive been using for 4 years (for reasonable cleanup of all areas -- not for cleaning up after parties or substantial mess).

In full transparency, here are the cons (and solutions) :

- 5th floor walkup (not an issue if youre relatively fit)
- Loading dock across the street (If youre a light sleeper, wearing ear plugs or playing white noise solves this -- I dont even use them most nights and I sleep fine)
- No laundry in building (use the money you save on rent to just pay for a wash and fold laundry service, or alternatively theres a laundromat 2 blocks away)

Thats actually it. For the location and price, its amazing.
