The roommates are great and weve lived together for years with no issues - I am listing the room as I am moving out of NYC.

Dates: Ideal dates of 2/2/25 to 5/31/25. Can be flexible on move-in date up to 12/21/24

Structure: Sublet. I am moving out of NYC for a new job and the lease ends 5/31/25. You and the other roommates can decide to renew for another year at the description of the group

Roommates: 2 current roommates, both ~25 y/o men. Very easy-going, social roommates who are great to live with and Ive known both for 3+ years

Rent: $2,400 per month

Utilities: $100 per month covering WiFi, electricity and gas / water

Will need to provide 1 month rent as security deposit
