I moved out in September and Im looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. 2 bed/2 bath, one bed currently occupied by PhD student.

Living room is fully furnished (sofa, TV, etc.), and apartment comes with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central air/heating, large storage space, tables, balcony, etc.

Apartment is right next to at least 3 bus lines which constantly run to campus, as well as the Hilldale Shopping Center, Metro Market, and other grocery stores. Great location for graduate students, postdocs, and anybody interested in a more quiet/professional place to live in Madison!
