Great Deal on a 1-Bedroom in the UES!

This is a fixed-rent, utilities included, walk-up apartment. You really wont find a better-priced 1-bedroom in the Upper East Side. Ive lived here for 2 years and loved it... its been such a great place. The only reason Im leaving is that Im relocating to London.

If you need furnishings, I can include pretty much everything: a desk, sofa, dining table and chairs, bed with mattress, coffee table, TV, and TV stand. Let me know what youd need, and Im happy to work something out.

The location is super convenient. For subways, its about a 10-12 minute walk to the Q train at 72nd Street or the 6 train at 77th Street.
Also, John Jay Park (with a public pool!) and Carl Schurz Park are both close by, and the M79 bus stop is right outside, which takes you straight to Central Park.
