I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Carmin from Jan 1-Jul 28, 2025. (Could potentially move in at the end of December.)
The room is in a 4x4 Sycamore. It is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and closet. The base rent is $1,310 (all utilities included except electricity).
I have two awesome and easygoing roommates who attend ASU. They are both female. Only females will be considered to take over the lease. No smoking.
Its about a 4-minute walk to the ASU campus. However, Tempe Streetcar can take you there more quickly. The transportation is free and passes by the apartment. The location is also near a CVS and restaurants.
The Carmin includes several amenities, such as a rooftop pool and a gym with a rock climbing wall. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the front desk is helpful.
