First two months free of 6 month lease. I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease (1BR 1 Bath) from February/March (move-in flexible)-August 31, 2025, so I can hike the Appalachian Trail. This is a new building with really beautiful amenity spaces. My security deposit and amenity fee would get transferred to you. This is a great option for someone wanting a shorter Spring/Summer lease or for anyone wanting to test out Skymark Reston and then renew the lease for a full year if you really like it. I will cover the first two months of the lease (excluding utilities) so if you rent from February to August that would average to $1650 a month.
