Hello! I am looking for a subletter for my room at The Pier while I study abroad. The unit has four suites with their own private bathrooms and includes a washer/dryer in unit. The apartment is on the second story with a private balcony. Close access to Clemson University, shopping, with a restaurant/bar, and gas station in the complex itself. Complex amenities include two pools, a lazy river, a 5000 sq ft gym, two volleyball courts, a basketball court, and more. The complex is right on Lake Hartwell, with direct access to the pier and a beach. The apartments are right on the free bus route to Clemson University. The current other tenants are 3 females. The apartment is fully furnished by the complex, and includes internet service. A separate utility fee and electric fee applies (both around $40/mo). The lease start date has some flexibility from December 14th to February. The lease end date is July 22nd, and can be renewed with the complex.
